Applications
You can connect any application with that is currently disclosed towards the Apicenter. You can combine your connected application and configure them per integration. Please be aware it is technically possible to connect the same application several times. The categories we currently support are CRM, ERP, Ecommerce, POS, PIM and Marketplaces. In a later chapter we will go more indepth on the applications.
Integrations
Integrations facilitate the connection between applications. This is always a 1-1 relation as you need a get side and a send side on the flow. Within the integration you can find settings that are on a higher level than the flow level, for example settings related to the creation of customers, that is applicable for orders aswell for customers, this is to prevent additional work to setup working integration.
You can setup any combination of integrations between the applications you have disclosed within Apicenter. So for example a ERP system to a PIM and then the PIM to an Ecommerce solution and the ecommerce solution towards the ERP system.
Flows
Within the flows you setup the actual data transfer. A flow is basically s a chain of jobs that retrieves, transforms and sends the data from system A to system B.
The get and send side combined determine the price for a integration. So this means that for example the getside of the integration costs €4,- per month excl taxes and the send side costs €5,- per month excl taxes. So you pay for this specific flow €9,- excl taxes per month. More details about flows will follow in a different chapter dedicated to the flows and the functionality that lies below.
