Configuration for first operation
In order for the Visma.Net ApiCenter to function correctly, the following settings have to be filled. The integration needs to know where to send the sales orders to.
- Administration ID, By default this is set to "1", however this can differ from your Visma.Net environment. Be sure to check if this is a valid value and if this is the correct administration. This is also referred to as 'Branch'.
- Warehouse ID, to successfully create a sales order in Visma.Net, ApiCenter needs to send a warehouse ID number. Since this information is usually not available in the secondary application, you have the option to setup a default value in the setting below.
- Use order type for sending, for the integration to function successfully, a order type has to be send to Visma.Net. By default this value is set to "SO", however, this can differ from your environment. Be sure to check if this is a valid value and if this is the correct type.
