Integrations > Settings > Run behaviour > Use
> Use SKU to search for
We always link the data based on SKU, standard. If you want to link to a different number, you can still choose from a barcode or alternative ID.
Please note! That you should also adjust this in your data mapping.
Integrations > Flow > Settings > Data Mapping > CTRL + F + SKU
Select in the dropdown your correct field. Note, that there are more results on SKU. You need to change them all.
Integrations > Flow > Settings > Run behaviour > Use
> Amount to process
Here you can enter the quantity of products/orders/customers/stock/etc. retrieve from your source system. We collect that amount of data for each run.
We recommend that you set it to 2 when you first run a flow, so that not all your data is immediately overwritten, due to perhaps a different mapping from our default or other wishes.
If everything is correct, do not hesitate to increase your amount to process to the maximum amount.
> Maximum number of pages to retrieve
This is the amount of pages we retrieve, please keep the default value we have already filled in for you.
> Use last modify date
We can retrieve product data, orders, customers, etc. from a certain date.
NB! If your source application uses this in the API. So, for example, you can pick up orders from 01-01-2020 with retroactive effect.
With this setting we always look at the last modify date on the data.
> Use page size
This is the amount of pages we retrieve, please keep the default value we have already filled in for you.
Integrations > Flow > Settings > Run behaviour > Run
> Interval between runs
The interval indicates how often you want the flow to run, the minimum is every minute, the maximum is every 60 min.
Please note that setting your run behaviour very low can affect the flow. The number of allowed requests for your applications we send in could be reached really quick.
> Last execution time
Here you can see when your flow last ran.
> Run at specific times
You can choose to run your flow at specific times.
