If you get the following error message: "The consumer isn't authorized to access %resources":
If you are on Magento version 2.4.4 or higher check the following setting.When on the Magento Admin Panel, go to Stores > Configuration > Services > OAuth > Consumer Settings.
Check if the Allow OAuth Access Tokens to be used as standalone Bearer tokens is set to: "Yes".
