By default, the Business Central Application applies several filterings to ensure only limited data is send to the webshop.
Check by types
For the Business Central Application, by default only inventory defined products are being retrieved from the Business Central environment. Since other types are mainly used for manufacturing purposes, these are filtered for sending to ApiCenter.
If in Business Central Application an attribute is created that specifies if a product is suited to be displayed on the webshop, this will automatically be used as a filterset for the data. Only products which have checked this option will be retrieved and send to webshop.
Advanced Custom filtering
If the automatic filter options are not adequate enough for your integration, through the filtering tab on the flow settings, an advanced filter can be created to further specify which products need to be send to webshop and which are not.
