Using deal states
In ApiCenter, you have the option to determine which deal state has to be retrieved, only deals matching this deal state will be retrieved and send to the target location.
In the settings menu, which can be found by Integrations -> SalesOrder flow -> Settings -> Filters
After an order is processed, you can also set the option to set that specific deal to a new state, so it will not be retrieved again.
