API Limitation
Currently the Winstore API has a limitation concerning the stock. The limitation is that stock information is not provided with a change date. Due to this ApiCenter cannot scan for only changed stock values and has to continuously process ALL products to update the correct stock values.
Due to this limitation, updating the stock can have the experience that updates are not processed instantly. Normally ApiCenter can process 10 updates every 5 minutes, but due to the limitation, it cannot process updates, it has to scan all products. Increasing the average iteration time significantly.
Currently a Betá functionality is being developed by Winstore and is expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2022. When this functionality is available, ApiCenter will be adjusted to scan for updates instead.
Multi Warehousing
Winstore has the option to include multiple warehouses inside a single administration. ApiCenter can facilitate the correct stock values per warehouse. If the Winstore is configured that the field named 'Filiale' contains the warehouse ID, you can map this with the warehouse ID from the secondary application. Enable the 'Use Stock locations' setting and provide the mapping for the different ID. In the example below you can see a configuration with a Shopify as a secondary application, these ID's can differ based on your application.
