In order to keep the end system clean, it is possible to filter on all kinds of different order statuses, so that for example only certain orders are sent to the end system and for example do not send the cancelled orders.
Where to find the Filters
First, go the Settings Tab on our APIcenter and press on "Filters" to collapse this section:
In the Process orders with states dropdown you will need to enter the order statuses you want to filter on.
The meanings and concepts of these statuses vary from shop to shop, but usually, the status 'processing', 'in process', 'processed' or 'pending' means that the customer has fully paid for the order.
