By default, Target Systems make use of standard generated URL's. If you want APIcenter to handle the creation of this URL, we have a setting to handle this.
When this setting is turned on, our APIcenter generates this key based upon NAME + SKU. So test article with the SKU abc123 becomes “test-article-abc123” where every special character is replaced by a “-”. We do this to make sure the URL key is always unique and we dont know if the source provides a unique article name.
If you want to make use of this setting. Go to the Settings tab in our APIcenter wizard and press on "Product Settings" to collapse this section's content.
