To be able to indicate which articles should be shown online, one or more web nodes must be created and the articles must then be linked to them.
We recommend to create 1 web node and link the articles to it that should be displayed on the website.
1. Create the web node
To create the web node, log in to Valk Solutions ASPOS with the user who has the rights to create web nodes.
After logging in, go to settings > web buttons and press add on the left. Enter the settings as in the example below:
At Code ID, Internal description and Button description you give the abbreviation of the store followed by Webshop as the name.
After this has been entered, press save and the web node is created.
2. Link article to web node
After the web node or web buttons have been successfully created, the articles to be displayed can be linked to the correct web node.
Go to the main menu and then to products > product management.
Find an article, select it and go to bulk options on the left side of the screen and click on web buttons.
After clicking on web buttons it asks if you want to link or unlink, then choose link. Select the web node that has been created and set the status to active. If a temporary period has to be set for an article, you can specify this period, otherwise leave these fields empty.
After clicking link, the article is linked to the web button. This icon is now displayed behind the article in product management: go back to settings > web buttons, click on the name for the web button and you will see [linked products: 1] click on the + and then you will see the article that has just been linked.
A larger selection of articles that need to be linked can be made via product management. To do this, go to products product management. For example, if you want to link all items with stock, you can use the following filter. Click on advanced search and then fill in the fields below.
segment: regular
check mark at stock only
The other check marks must also be left on to find all articles.
