When retrieving products, we look at the date of addition and if applicable, the date of modification to synchronize the modification.
If you want to retrieve products from a specific date of addition or modification, you can change the date via Integration > Product synchronization > Settings >Run behaviour > And change the 'Use last modify date' optionally.
